Phoenix Villas will assist you in finding an independent lawyer (not our company lawyer) to assist you with all aspects of the purchase process. Your lawyer will assist you in receiving a Greek tax number (this is compulsory for the purchase) and set up a joint bank account in your name/the lawyer’s name to assist with money transfers. Your lawyer will also conduct title and land searches as well as review separate records to check for any encumbrances that may burden the property. Banking

Phoenix Villas assists our clients in applying for mortgage loans. As a general rule, Greek banks offer mortgages for 60% of the purchase price. Loans with a variable interest rate, fixed rate mortgages for the first year and fixed rate mortgage loans for the first 5 years are available. Long term repayment plans, low monthly installments and the option for partial or full early payment are available. Please contact us for more information.

Phoenix Villas works with experienced landscape gardeners who are familiar with the local plant life to design functional and beautiful gardens. From rock gardens and watering systems through to finding that perfect palm tree, we can assist with making the outside of your home just as gorgeous as the inside of your Crete property.

As with landscaping, Phoenix Villas offers a professional interior design service. If you need assistance with furnishing your home for rental or would like help with sourcing unique furnishings and decorating your villa, we provide a complete service to make your vision become reality.
